Returns and Refunds

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. The following information supplements the cancellation policy and explains the practical process for a return.

Return Period

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt and return the goods.

Condition of Goods

Please return the goods as complete as possible, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Return Shipping Costs

You bear the direct costs of return shipping, unless we inform you otherwise.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method used. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from receipt of your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earlier.
